This is a very imaginative piece, and it makes me wonder if you thought of whether the tree should be bright or a luminary source in the piece. Otherwise, it kind of seems like the tree is behind the light bulb on the background(paper?)..
Unless you are suggesting that the viewer provides the illumination(source of thought) because of the light that passes through the bulb and onto the background?
Even if I look at it as a bulb in front of a drawing of a tree, I see a lot more in that than a tree inside a bulb in front of a background(or if you mean it to look like paper, a paper)
It reminds me that we can use ideas to look at things in an entirely new perceptive sense just by keeping our thoughts forefront in our minds.
